Enquiries about Social Playes can be sent to editor@socialplayesspain.com. One address handles everything, and messages are read by the people who write the entries.

What to write about

• Corrections — if an entry describes a property inaccurately or has fallen out of date, tell us what changed.
• Suggestions — properties that fit one of the four categories and are not yet listed.
• Editorial and permissions questions, including requests to quote or reference our text.
• Privacy requests, including asking us to delete an enquiry you previously sent.

What we cannot help with

We cannot take, change or cancel a reservation, and we have no access to any hotel's booking system, guest records or loyalty programme. If your message concerns a stay, contact the property directly — we are not able to pass enquiries on.

Replies are written by hand, usually within a few working days. We do not operate a phone line.
